Management Team

Ken brings with him 46 years of experience in the Steel Fabrication /  Erection business, having founded and operated Hammert’s Iron Works and  most recently Ben Hur Steel Worx, both of the St. Louis area. Ken’s  companies have provided steel and erection for some of the most prolific  projects in the country.  

John followed in his father’s and grandfathers footsteps in the Steel  Erection business. Along the way, in his 43 years in the steel  industry, John was introduced to Ken Wilson to start his education in  the Steel Fabrication business in estimating and sales departments.  John’s previous position was Chief Estimator for Ben Hur Steel Worx as  well as Ben Hur Construction Company, a St. Louis based Fabrication and  Erection Company.

Kevin started in the Steel Fabrication business 21 years ago working as  a fabricator. Kevin has worked with Ken and has been the beneficiary of  Ken’s mentoring his entire career. Kevin continued and completed his  formal education going to night school and has worked his way through  various positions in the business from fabricator, estimator and sales  to most recently, Project Management on large Steel Fabrication /  Erection Projects.
